New to the forums and Live in general, just a few questions for all you vets.

I am currently using Live Lite 6, and am planning to go full within the week. I upgrading to lite 7.0.10 and had problems with Live crashing/glitching/f'ing up in many situations. of Most importance is when running it with Pd(Pure Data) to control 3d rendering via the audio signal. I went back to 6 and all was good in life again. So if I upgrade to 7 full will this plague me again?

Also what is the most cost effective way to get audio from live to a PA system?

there is no real answer to #1, try the demo see how it works for you.

misuse of Pd can screw up any Live install.

Live 7 has dual core support which is GREAT, but it's generally considered to be not as stable as 6. works great on my PC, I have issues from time to time but those are largely my fault.



#2 buy a cheap ass sound card.
