anyone in the Netherlands?

Hi!
I live in Utrecht and am looking for some help with Ableton (in person).

I've been working in the past with a loop-station and would really like to learn to use Ableton. I've got the light version that comes with the M-box. I've tried to get it working a few times (with the manual and youtube tutorials) but not really succeeded (and got quite frustrated!). I would really like to just have a couple of lessons with someone that would get me started.

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who would be interested in doing a sort of swap? I'm a professional viola player (orchestral, string quartet and a lot of recording experience) and could record some live stuff in exchange for some lessons.

If you are in the randstad area and would be interested, let me know!

Thanks,

Alex

I'm not able to give you any lessons, but if you're free tonight maybe you should come over to Amsterdam for the 10 years celebration. Probably a good chance to pick up some tips and meet some fellow users that might be able to help you get started.

Hi there,
Thanks, thats a very good idea. I got a newsletter about the event but I'm away this weekend so couldn't go - but I'll keep my eye open for more events in Holland.....
Did you go? Was it good?
Thanks again,
Alex
