First Plug & Play will be February 21st at 7pm.
Plug n' play will be a live collaborative electronic art and music experience. The third Sunday of the month The Depot will open its doors to 8 electronic musicians to collaborate and create a dance music experience. There are no rigid boundaries, however, there are some guidelines which are below:
- You must sign up in advance. email craig(at)metaphreaq.net for availability 1st come 1st serve.
- Equipment allowed: Laptop with an interface and software capable of Midi sync and live performance, Drum machines or Groove Boxes w/ midi Sync capability and Synthesizers are welcome as well.
- All equipment should have 1/4" outputs (or bring appropriate adapters)
- The main mix will be controlled by Plug & Play personnel, you may want to bring a way to monitor your own output in case you can't hear yourself in the mix.
If you are a producer/creator/etc bring your new compositions out and they will be played during breaks and down times.
