I have no sound when i click (in liberay or live device same thing) on (for instance) hihit or kick, only when i double click on a kick, snare or something like that and it's placed in my midi track or something (doesn't really matter), i can test how it sounds like. Can somebody tell me how i can fix it. Ask if you don't get it yet!

Where can i find that button( slider)

i bet that's the issue. also, the headphone "circle" in the piano roll needs to be blue to hear samples.

I did all the steps still not working getting tired. i have version 8.2.2 is it handy to upgrade?

i think i'am gonna delete ableton and download a new version. it's maybe my soundcard who blocked the preview volume, because i also can't listen a youtube video and play with ableton. I will keep you informed

Also check the cue output setting in i/o

and I wouldn't discuss piratebay on the official ableton forum

THX FOR all your help, i installed 9 and the preview volume works!!! Just windows sometimes it works sometimes not. i really appreciate all your help!!
