Ableton Right Click Dropdown Menu selecting VST?

A few days ago I watched a video from a producer who somehow opens a dropdown menu and selects his VST and effects there. Right click on arrangement view? How does it work?

It was probably Live Enhancement Suite. If you do a forum search for it it should pop up with all the links. It’s pretty neat:)
