happens daily ! the only way to get them objects of my mouse is to (force) quit live.

Major annoyment this sticky clip. I get this every fourth time i try to drag or alt-drag a clip. Only save and quit helps.

I have exatelly the same problem!!!!
yesterday i bought new live 8,01,
in my mac tower G5 system 10.4.11, 4 gigs of ram,
and i found this really really frustrating!!!!

Please can you resolve this soon as possbile??? i cannot work with this bug!!!

also Cpu with live 8,01 is now more more slow respect to live 7,016

can somebody tell me why Ableton release this version if all this utent have this problem???

this bug is still present in 802b3 ! … all the mousebutton action seems to suffer a sluggishness i feel. often the release of the mouse button is registerd too late for example.

Yes. Please Ableton can we get a word as to whether you have been able to figure this out for the next release? I still can't believe 8.0.2 was released without this fix. I'm so tired of clips sticking to the mouse cursor, having to save, hit quit, wait for Live to crash itself, and then reopen my set. ALL DAMN DAY. This is a seriously annoying bug.
