Can't Get Sampler Working
Hi, I am having a problem with Sampler. When I drop a sample in, I cannot get Sampler to actually play any sound. Also, I cannot do any editing in Sampler. Basically, I drop the clip, and I can see the waveform -- and that's the extent of what I can get working. Any thoughts? Thanks!

basically after dropping the audio sample you have to assign a midi note to the sample. Sampler uses midi input to play the note e.g. after assigning c3.wav to note c3 you enter a c3 note into the pianoroll. When you start the track c3.wav plays when midi c3 is playing. Thats it.
Sampler is no Audio editor, right click - manage sample - click edit in the right pane and edit with your favorite editor
