Audio Glitches in Warp Beat Mode 8.03

Hello,

in a Ableton manual about the background of Live's warp modes (from the last year) you can read, that Live dont touch the recorded audio material since then you change the tempo, dont mind what warp mode is active.

When this should be true, it is a bug in the Beat warp mode.

Today i recorded a voice with 2 mic's in 2 different tracks. I recorded 2 bars and after finishing recording it runs in loop.
If i started the loop playback i heared from the 2. runthru on a strange gltich in the first bar of the loop. The both clips war played back in "beat" warp mode. After switching to "tone" warp mode in both it was gone. I switched back to "beat" mode (transients) it is there.

Of course i dont changed the tempo.

Im working with a PC XP sp3 and Live 8.03.
