I just bought the live suite 8 upgrade from live 8 from my local music store and when i enter my serial the site tells me its been disabled. I was so excited to get stuck in with operator and sampler only to find that i just spent alot of money for something that has been disabled. Ive checked i typed the serial correct a bunch of times but it just isnt working.. does anybody have any ideas what might cause this? I started out with intro, upgraded to live 8 and then finally today forked out and bought the suite upgrade.
I mailed unlock@ableton but theres been no response.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
