Live crashes when opening preferences

Lately I have been experiencing crashes when i try to open preferences.I then have to rebbot to start live again.
Running Windows XP/Intel dual core
3.2 GB Ram. Any ideas???

Hi Crohab,

please try, if deleting the file "preferences.cfg" from this directory solves the problem:

C:/Documents and Settings/your user name/Application Data/Ableton/Live (your version of Live)/Preferences

Please make sure Live is closed before you delete the file.
