dual screens on osx snow leopard

Post by aurora1200 » Tue Jul 13, 2010 1:49 pm

every time i open ableton 8 on my 8 core mac running snow leopard osx i have to manually drag the window across two screen every time. Shouldn't ableton remember this?

sometimes the main window will open on the right screen then i have to drag it to the left screen. It remembers that the window is spanned across two screens but it always loads on the wrong screen.

any suggestions?

i have the same problem with alot of osx apps always opening small instead of maximized or how they were last time i closed them.

Hi,

i guess that you have changed something on OSX that
causes this problem.
Do you have this issue also under a fresh user account?

its like this no mater what. live was the first program i installed when i brought this mac 4 weeks ago. i dont get why it wont load over two screens unless i manually drag it each time. when i do manually drag the window accross two screens the next time live loads up it puts the window on the right screen and half of it is chopped off.

Hi,

do you have this issue also under a fresh user account?
If you have the same problems with other apps, it is most
likely a system setting thing. Maybe it would help us if you could
send some screenshots to the support address.
