Regarding the plugin problems, could you please send
instructions how to reproduce the problems?

Question for the OP: I take it your problem has gone away?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm having the exact issue with my 828 mkII "all of a sudden" (ever since 8.2.1 was installed) . . .
(I'm on a OSX 10.6.4 2 GHz MacBook)
