Can you view plug-ins on different tracks at the same time?

For example: I can't find a way to open the Waves frequency analyzer on the master channel while also opening an EQ plug-in on an audio channel. This is really irritating. I like having the analyzer open while eq'ing tracks that I solo from the master mix. Then quickly gauging how it fits in the mix when unsoloing the track. It's much quicker than having to put a resource hogging analyzer on every individual track. Is there a solution for this problem?

-open Live's preferences -> look/feel
-activate 'multiple plugin windows'
-deactivate 'auto hide plugin windows'

Is it possible now?
