Constant crash.

I have a major problem here. I am trying to export a project to disk and it does not work at all. I have a channel with the max for live sequencer feeding into a midi instrument, I cannot export it to disk without crashing on me. The only way I managed was to feed the audio into a audio track record that and then delete the sequencer track with the midi instrument.
Any help would be great. It looks like a bug to me... I can't even share the live pack crashes on me too. When asked to pack the project boom crashes.

please contact support@ableton.com , make sure to include the bugreporting package which Live automatically creates after a crash.
