Easy way to select 1/16 note size - all tracks vertically ?

I see the loop selector will select all tracks top to bottom. But the smallest size I can get the loop selector to go down to is 1/4 note.
Say I want to do a manual 1/16th note stutter on a downbeat, I have to scroll up to the top track and select the 16th note selection , and then drag thru all 20 trackes to the bottom and then make my copy paste etc. is there an easier way to select all tracks then the way I am doing it ?
