Welcome to Users’ Help Exchange! You’ll notice that the title and description of this forum have changed. This change has been done to better reflect the shift of the Ableton Technical Support away from combined email and public forum support in favor of offering direct online support solely via our recently refined email ticketing system and the new bug and status reporting tools built into Live.
We feel this is a more productive approach and provides a clearer route to the official technical support, while this forum still stays the right place for forum members to exchange support within the user base.
