Hi guys,
I've been experimtenting lately with putting my workfiles (library, plugs, song folders) on an external drive to be able to take it with me when on road.
It's a Verbatim 1TB drive with 7200 rpm. I connect both on my studio system via eSATA.
THe problem is I nget interrupts and long loading now when working on songs. I thought eSATA was like having a n internal drive being accessed (speedwise).
ANy experiences here?
