Change VST default save/open to FXP instead of FXB!!!

People are rarely going to be saving a whole bank, so I always have to toggle to FXP.

Also, I have accidentally saved some patches as FXB, which means I lose my patch amongst the 200 or so in the bank

I primarily use FXP saves and loads as well.

I'd prefer FXP as default too.
