Pops & Clicks

Hi, I just updated to 8.2.5 and my latency is way off; I keep experiencing POPS & CLICKS. I've adjusted the "input latency" but still having issues with sound. Can you kindly point me in the right direction?

THink it will mate, thats probably missing thing you after, if you have any problems with the getting it working on ableton jut shout up
