Why is the I-O greyed out in my session view?

Why is the I-O greyed out in my session view?

I did something and now the I-O button is greyed out in session view-but not arrangement view. Anyone know why that would happen?

It can happen when the window is resized and there's not enough space to display it. Try hiding the Detail View?
