I have been using EQ Eight for 95% of my EQ and filter needs. I noticed that EQ Eight has shelves and notches, but no bandpass option.

What are some ways to set up a bandpass filter on a single track in Ableton Live?

Use AutoFilter.

EQ8 does have band-pass functionality: Bell. If you want full cuts on either side add low cut & high cuts.
