How safe/ trusted is recovering your work after a crash opt?

How safe or trusted is recovering your work after a crash?

If if I've only changed a few things, is it best to just load the last saved project?

I have had a few projects crash a bit (out of memory BS) and i am suspicious of how well they were recovered?

Is there a chance of corruption on a "recover your work" project

The bigger the project the more out of time it will be.

Out of all the insurmountable number of crashes I've only had one time when the work wasn't able to be recovered automatically.

If the crash recovery didn't work so well there's no fucking way I'd still be using Live.

Same here, the only time I haven't been able to recover a session after a crash was due to a bug that corrupted the .als file. Every other time I was able to recover the set exactly the way it was before the crash.
