Syncing vocals

Hey everyone, I was doing music w/ FL Studio but I found out that Live suits me needs better 
So since I'm new to Ableton Live, I've got a question.
How do I sync acapellas/vocals?
I have this 'Katy Perry - E.T.' acapella and I want to sync it to 140BPM so I can make half-time tempo dubstep.
I think the original song is around 75BPM so the acapella's BPM should be the same...
I know that syncing in Live is called 'warping' but I have no idea how it works.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks
