RM1X = SyncMaster (Midiclock) -> LIVE = Slave -> using LOOP

We are a Yamaha RM1X for Syncmaster (Midiclock) in combination with Ableton Live..


Is it possible to use the loopmode when Ableton Live runs in Sync with the Rm1x...

In Ableton the received tempo is not constant...

If the Rm1x sends at 130 BPM, Ableton Live changes between 20 and 140 BPM !!!!

Whats wrong with it ????

(using a G4 Powerbook and an emagic mt4 midi interface...)

there are known problems with the mt4 midi interface under oms ....

live doesn´t sync correct to midi clock received via emagic mt4 midi interface.

any idea, how to fix the problem?
is it because of the mt4?
which midi interface can i use instead?
should i wait for the 1.5 live update?
