I just got my Mac OS9 upgrade and noticed when trying
to do a "save Live set as" it crashes my system..
Also having problems saving set with samples..
I get a restart choice as it said it crahsed..never
had this with 1.52.

please give me some information about the crash and the other problems.
1) Save as
Does it happen always?
Does it happen with every song or with some special one?
2) save set with samples

3) restart choice

I don't get what you mean with "restart choice"? Is it message box from Live or from the operating system?
Also important to know which version of OS 9 and which CarbonLib version do you have installed.

My Carbon Lib is version 1.6.This seems to not be specific to any song but to all.If I do a "save file as" either my mouse freezes or I get a box that comes up saying something like my computer crashed would I like to restart now..I sometimes get a sign telling me some samples are not in the song file anymore and gives me the choice to cancel them..I say YES/.. Then freezes as welll.. If I do a "Save file with samples" It takes quite a while then I realize it freezes too..AfterI restart my song was luckily saved ok with samples..This is a bit annoying.In 1.52 I would get a sign telling me the samples and song were saved ok..Maybe Live needs more memory allocated to it..
I have also have a few freeze ups ..I never had in 1.52.I also notice the
screen redraws showing loops points (sample edit screen /clip) gets slow after about 9 tracks...on G4 1gig??cpu is a 35-40%

Just crashed again on save
Just back after restarting my Mac..This is what just happened..I did a file save this time.."Not save as" and crashed..Live showed me a dialog box
saying some samples or audio files are no longer used..would you like to save YES/NO/CANCEL..I said "YES" and it froze..If I say "NO" it is ok..
Please fix this..
