No support from Ableton?

I've emailed the same problem to Ableton three times in the last 10 days and still I've had no response at all.

Is anyone else finding that their emails are being ignored or is it just me?

I'm beginning to wish I'd bought another music program instead!

...sorry for not answering, we had a few problems with our mailserver in the past so some mails got lost and some resonses we sent never reached his destination.

One month ago i mailed a question, but didn't get an answer so i'd tryed again last week.
A week ago i mailed the question again, and got an answer in less then 24 ours.

Seeing this story's, it would be a good idea to check or rebuild the mailserver at your abletons :(

The support mail system will be reorganized
with our new mail server. From now on, there
should be no more unanswered or lost mail.
