Hammerfall 2496 PCMCIA

I have big problems using my Nuendo Audiolink PCMCIA (= Hammerfall)under XP. Somehow it is not recognized by my notebook anymore, although it seems to be installed properly. Until yesterday it has worked fine in Live. Can anybody help me on this one? I have a Live gig on Friday...
