I hope also that LIVE 7 will correct Midi Data latency.... I encounter many problem with Midi and my external Gears.......
I think programmers forget that today there are still producers who works with real ANALOG GEARS or external Hardwares. We want to have a Good SYNCHRO MIDI and A GOOD TIMING for MIDI NOTE.
Can any beta tester report this?
It could be nice to have a feedback from a betatester who have a drum BAR external and a Synthesizer hardware....... tested with MIDI connections!
Thanks a lot

Wow i can't believe that when Auto monitor is selected Live actually records the audio late...
So for instance recording a guitarist with monitor set to Auto so he can have a 'Tone Plugin' activated this will actually record his guitar late ?
I' used to hearing it late.. but recording it late thats a new one to me.
Sorry to bring up this lengthy thread again. I'm just amazed.

Live 8 ???
Any word from the Live 8 beta testers or Ableton as to if this has changed with Live 8? It's really frustrating to have a beautiful sequencer like the Octopus sitting in my studio unused due to all midi(& audio from midi) being recorded late from this bug.
