clicks from MDA plugins

Occaisionally when I drop one of the MDA VST plugins into a channel (last time I recall this happening it was mdaCombo that did it) I get a loud pop and a brief moment of silence. Obviously this is a bit concerning when playing live!
Has anyone else noticed anything like this? If so, let me know and we can talk to MDA about it I guess.
I suspect it's the plugin's fault, not Live's, as I've had stuff like this with those plugins in Cubase.

i decided to stop using mda plugins in my live set altogether, since i just thought they seemed too unreliable... especially the mda degrader caused some total audio cutouts in live. anyway - i don't touch my mda folder anymore.
