midi clock sync delay not working anymore in live 7

i am having the strangest problem i've never encountered before.

this is only happening in live 7.01. if i launch live 6.10 everything is fine

all of a sudden my midi clock sync delay (in midi prefrences) does absolutely nothing timing wise. i can change the number, but there is no time shift occurring whatsoever. i have the correct out port set on and sync. it does sync but changing the clock sync delay does nothing. i do have delay compensation checked under options.

again i can launch live 6 and it works as it should. this is using a standard new live file with nothing added.

Are you using a PC? If so, change the port type to 'MME' instead of 'DirectMusic'. If that still won't help, email support@ableton.com with your system specs.
