Live3 > Rewire > Reason ?

Hi,
I try to slave reason via Rewire to Ableton Live 3 as master.
First i start live then reason. Reason says that it is in Rewire-Slave mode.
But when i try to open or change a channel to reason-audio, nothing appear, i mean, there is nothing to select. i caqn select Master, Live In and Virsyn, but no reason - Port!
So i tried it with Cubase SX as master, there i can open Reason and Live Ports and it is working fine!
Do i need to reinstall live?
Any other idea?

sometimes the rewire gets messed up...

try... uninstalling live/reason... or you could try copying over the rewire library again.

Where do i find the "rewire - Library"?

sorry for spacing it... try doing a search on your system for rewire.dll, you'll find the file all over your system...

not certain if you want to replace the one in your windows and windows/system, not sure which one live uses to rewire... but if you do a search on your drive for rewire you should find all of them...

Thanks, i worked it out.
A reboot and the conection to cubase maybe setted it up. Now i can switch reason as input in live.
Now, i wait for live 4, then bye bye Cubase....

Ebay could be a busy place come the end of July...

Ebay already is busy... I doubt live 4 would cause *that* much of a blip... on the other hand, might be a good time to start looking around for good deals on hardware/software that people may end up ditching in an attempt to gain control of their environment...
