random CPU usage spikes

i just updated my airport yesterday (the apple popup thing came up saying there were 2 updates for it) and since i did that i got crackles, turned airport off and its gone

if possible, avoid the Airport Extreme update since that's the culprit.

Apple should take immediate action cause this is really annoying.
