Clips not saving sidechain (for example in Drum Rack)

Hi!
The "Audio from"-setting in the sidechain-part of the compressor is not saved when saving a clip. For example if you're making a beat with a drum rack and "ducking" the hihat against the kick drum - and then saving it as a clip...

When saving the drum rack as a preset everything seems to be fine.

if the clip is just one clip, and you load it into another song, which doesn't have the sidechain track, which track is it supposed to use?

but this is all on one track, it sounds like.

try saving the track itself, as an .als file

I bet that might work. (at least as far as saving the routing)

Yeah, when saving the set everything is fine. But that misses the point. The good thing with Live is the possibility to make clips that you can use later on. (For example it's not possible to pre-listen sets, the same way as clips...)

Yes I meant one track. For example one drum rack where the hihat is "ducked" to the kick. So it's actually internal routing and should be no problem. This must be a bug... (Hopefully!)

you're not the only one who wants it.

it's interesting that the routing is preserved in the preset file.

it seems that some routing things are in the domain of the .als file type, and are not included in the .alc file type
