[4760] Collect All & Save deletes & re-analyzes transients.

1> Drag a sample into Live.

2> Double click & move a few transients.

3> Collect All & Save. (default options)

The sample is re-analyzed, deleting the transients you previousely moved.

I can still reproduce this in beta 16.
Have sent a bug report snap shot with more details.

This one should be finally fixed meanwhile. Please re-check how it behaves in the most recent beta, Live 8.0b20.
