8b10: envelope automation bug

i'm finding a few instances where automation envelope settings are offset from where they take effect. not sure if this is entirely consistent but for looping clip in beats warp mode:
1. transpose and sample offset envelopes, audio effect is offset from where the actual automation envelope is drawn. looks to be about a quarter note to half bar off, same problem whether linked or unlinked.
2. pan and volume seem to function correctly.

other warp modes function correctly.

i've sent a bug report with the offending project, but i couldn't get the bug reproduced in any other project.
