None of the presets for the instruments (save for Drum Racks) work, either by drag&drop or by double click. Operator always appears in it's default setting, Collision and Simpler make no sound at all (although they signal the incoming MIDI).

Same thing here except for me the various sampler based instruments + presets seem to work/load. The audio and midi effects are fine also.
