Re: [amo]b22: looper quantisation in rec. track and speed change
Hi,
In your scenario, as the transport is stopped, how do you start the playback again? With the Looper start, or the global play button (or space bar)?
Regards,
Amaury

Hi,
If I get your issue right: you have to press the Looper stop button while the transport is stopped, because your Loop is out of phase with the transport beat time, which is caused by your Speed manipulation. So, the Looper will restart with the same phase, which is not "in sync", unless you press stop on the Looper.
I'll see if we can help this usecase, but that is how it is for now.
Let me know if I misunderstood something, otherwise I'd move this thread away.
Regards,
Amaury

Hi Amaury,
no the workflow is this:
-i play the content in the track
-while playing i record 2 bars in looper
-now it is still in phase
-still playing i turning the speed button up and down
-its still in phase
-then i press stop in the sequncer, after them i press stop in looper
-speed change in looper is now 0
-after them i press play in the sequencer with the spacebar and i get the phasing sound of looper
(that means, the waveform are not in sync together)

Hi,
Can you give it a try in beta 25. We fixed something that could be the issue.

Amaury
