Notepad for lyrics

It would be really cool to have a notepad for lyrics when working in the DAW. As a songwriter I like to have all of my lyrics in one section in the session, so it would be really beneficial for a notepad section. Thanks!

Do you have Live Suite? There are a few for MaxforLive (included in Suite):

I wish there was a lyrics track, but I have found that I can create blank clips and rename them using the lyrics. I've never hit a practical limit for words but I haven't really tried. Most often, I use the edit info for the lyrics. Hardly ideal, but...

Oddly, if the clip name is long, it messes with the text in the info editor. The info text editor needs work. I need to report this to Ableton

Right click on any Track header or Clip and choose “Edit info text”. Now whenever you’re in Live’s help view and select one of those, you can see your notes.
