This needs to be implemented desperately, as any serious bass manipulation can only be achieved in tones mode or it sounds crap.( u know, warbling weird subs and clicks galore when anything is changed)
#But, in order to re arrange basslines in any creative way "on the fly", sample offset needs to addressable as a parameter in the clip, but it isnt! (in anything other than beats mode)
Surely someone else got pissed off with that the first time they started to get serious with ableton?
I can use a beat repeat but i like to leave that till last so i can just fuck with it after i have hit all the "angles" with the clip automation.
This may come under the "improve the algorithm" argument but i am just trying to emphasise that we do need to sample offset available for the low end and not just beats,if we wanna get the most out of this wicked prog.
anyone agree?
