Live 4b7 has those nice space-saving toggles to show/hide crossfaders, sends, return tracks. It'd be neat if there was an additional one to show/hide all MIDI tracks.
I installed the beta the other night, and the next morning I jumped out of bed bright and early and headed to my workstation like a kid on Christmas going to open their presents. This thing is amazing.
Add a toggle to "Show/Hide MIDI tracks"
And Tabs to group the tracks by category
An extension of the previous idea, i think :
With the V4, I will certainly do things like : program a few kick patterns on one track, a few hihats patterns on another track, and a few snare patterns on another, and then let them play randomly together with the jamming function.
This means that my drums will use at least 3 tracks... I would like to be able to group them under a tab, and hide/show them when I need it...to save screen space.
