Dual Monitor Support!

Post by Danny Lee » Fri Feb 27, 2009 10:10 am

I may be the only one who would love this - but i would!

session view on one screen and arrangement on the other, bliss!

+1 from me, but I doubt it'll happen for Live 8, as it's probably going to involve huge GUI changes.

I never understood the big issues with live and a dual monitor setup. I use it all the time and it works great with live.

spread live across both screens or just use the second monitor for open plugin's (that's what I do) to have a clean arrange/session view. I also use tab to change between session and arrange view extensive (a bit like screen sets - imho this is much more important than better dual screen support).

Ok, it could be more advanced, but it's not a major issue for me.

Ok ok, but it's most important for Ableton to concentrate on one screen laptop use.

i love live as it is and use it on a laptop and a desktop - i work fine on 1 screen and will continue to do so

but if i had the choice id add dual monitor so at least its an option for those who may prefer it
