Data Clips on Group Header + Fx & Master tracks

The group track is great...
It would be even better if we could create a sort of a data clip on the header of the group.
It would be like a midi clip, mainly purposed for automation

_________

Extend the idea to both Send tracks and Master track.
For this last one, we could still keep the bpm + signature feature by simply renaming the clip as 90bpm 3/4 for example

The Note/Sample window could be useful for something else, again with the idea of DATA clip.

Imagine the ability to edit automation on the tempo in one clip, for sliding tempo effect, volume, pan and even some automation for fx on the master track itself.
This would be Awesome.

Thanks for your attention

Thought about this exact thing..

I group my 8 main tracks, and in order to do dummy clip stuff on the master I'd have to make a whole new "Master" track to send this stuff thru

Why not just use the group'd track and the space available in the clip slots.. so they wouldn't launch the whole "scene" like they do now, they'd launch these "data clips"

I think it'd be brilliant..

yes it would be nice.

I often says to myself that it doesn't make any sense not to have this feature yet.
God damn, look at both send, grouped and master tracks, they look so in the need to be filled with data clip meant for automation purpose

We always have to trick by adding extra tracks.
Users put fx on grouped tracks' headers and no way to automate from session view.
I often like to play with send FX, changing the delay grid or playing with the pitch mode out of it. Again it lacks something here

thank for your entry outershpongolia
