color-enhanced browser view
hey guys
thanks for the 8.0.5. update
my only "problem" with live sometimes is
to browse through audio effects and -instruments
maybe you could use different shades of grey
for every branch of the tree
e.g.:
instruments (darker grey)
drum rack (bit lighter)
cymbal (even lighter)
cymbalxy (almost too light)
you get the idea.
thx anyway for _live guys
you do an amazing job!

Re: color-enhanced browser view
...instead of small improvements, I'd like to see a better browser with tagging and a immediate search-results. Completely reworked.
I think Logic does browsing quite well and also Native Instruments. Live should learn from those (or do something even better).
The current way feels a bit like using DOS...

Re: color-enhanced browser view
agreed. For such an integral part of the software the browser's functionality is pretty archaic. A tagging system is definitely needed.
Re: color-enhanced browser view
I agree with this suggestion.
Re: color-enhanced browser view
I agree.. shit.. even a decent bookmarks page would be enuff for me
Re: color-enhanced browser view
it's a good idea!
and samples should be more brighter, if you use it more often, or something...

great comments
and I think there is also room for improvement when it comes to prelistening samples of the live packs
why do I have to drag them into the rack before I can have a bite?
