master tempo features

OK - so LIVE seriously needs a master tempo track with tempo automation and time signature switching. I like to do cyclic tempo changes, and I can contrive it using warp markers, but things would be SOOO much easier with tempo automation . . .

and of course the master tempo should be alterable via MIDI for real-time groove switches

tempo track will be part of next release.
signature change is on our list but i cannot promise for next release.
