is this still an issue? I ant seem to get an envelope for speaker on/off to snap to an eighth note (or any note) grid.

You can kind of do it in draw mode (ctrl+b), or by selecting an area and dragging the selection up/down, which will create breakpoints.
However, it would be much better to be able to drag points back and forth, and have them snap. It just sounds a lot more civilised.

+1 - would be great to see other shapes than lines and curves aswell such as sinus curves, triangle curves etc as you can see in other daws.
