It might be a bit tricky but I think it would be very cool to have whole scene follow actions.

Yes. And in more than one thread here you will find that it has bee asked for before. And some of us would like an even more adaptive way of gettings things to be "programmable" - like macros, simple scripting of what to trigger what and when.
