Multiple Arrangements in One Project File

Post by rchrdnsh » Mon Jun 06, 2011 11:53 pm

I would love to be able to create multiple arrangements of my project in one file, rather than to have to save as and make multiple copies so that I can have different arrangements. I often have to make album, radio, 15 and 30 second and club arrangements of tracks and songs, and if I change something musically or in the mix in one file I have to go and recreate that change in all my versions to keep them up to date. (SUCKS!!)

So what I want is the ability to have multiple arrangements in one document, maybe each one has it's own tab or something, and I can take a musical edit I make and move it to other arrangements by copying, clicking and dragging, whatever method works best. This way all my arrangements can share the same basic mix, all though each arrangement can have it's own automation settings specific to that mix that I can copy to another mix if I want to.

This would be heaven!!!!!
