loop 16ths sync lost - fix please

if you make a loop of 1 bar and ctrl down arrow while playing another clip all the way down to 16th loop and then let the loop go it's often out of sync and the quantisation has been lost.

this is horrible when djing because you then have to stop the clip you just built up to or stop the rest because it's like play on 3/16 or something!
