+1 for MP3 export. I would use it, and I imagine it would save a lot of time and disk space if you are rendering a long file like a DJ set. Just a simpler workflow than making a WAV/AIFF and then converting.

it wouldnt save any space as it neds to render a wav first, then dither it to 16 bit, then convert to mp3, no host exports directly in mp3, they all render a pcm wav or aiff then convert it

Seriously? Then you are doing something wrong. ;)

Export to WAV, right-click "convert to Mp3", wait a couple of seconds (according to your processor power), done.

+1 Absolutely want this feature! I use it all the time in Logic as I have to send temp mixes that must fit on an email. Having to open other software to convert, then delete the wav files, should be unnecessary.
