Play tail of clip when stopping it.

This would be very useful when playing live and you have a clip of audio rendered with delay. Instead of stopping abruptly the clip will play from a predefined stop position. On the end of the clip you have rendered a tail which fades out. And pressing a stop button in session view would go to this position. And the stop clips button on master track would kill all tails.
